You can start a return or exchange here or by contacting us by phone, email, or at our retail location.

Please contact trackhouse@tracksmith.com for retail purchases.

What items are returnable?

Items that are unworn, unwashed, and in undamaged condition.

Return process must be initiated within 30 days of purchase (45 days if placed between November 1st and December 25th). 

We provide a free USPS return label to US orders.

We cannot accept returns on items marked as final sale. 

Please include packing slip or order number inside return package.

Free Exchanges for New Size/Color

After clicking the link in your email, Please click Too Big, Too Small, or Want different color. You'll be prompted to select a new size and color for the item you're returning. We'll ship the new item to you right away. No waiting!

Return for New Style

Click 'I don't want to exchange this item' and request a refund. You’ll receive an Instant Refund code — a temporary gift card — that you can use to purchase something new on the site. Again, no waiting!

Return for Refund

If you chose not to use the gift card by the time your return is received, then your original purchase will be refunded. Transit time for return packages is approximately 1 week. It can take between 3-5 business days to process your return at our warehouse. Once processed, it can take an additional 3-5 days for your bank to generate a refund back to your original form of payment.
